The Mall Luton has been awarded the Visit England 'We’re Good to Go' industry standard and consumer mark, recognising businesses adhering to the Government and public health guidance around COVID-19.
The 'We’re Good to Go' stamp of approval reassures shoppers the centre is safe, seeing The Mall carry out a COVID-19 risk assessment, and that all necessary safety measures have been taken to support social distancing and maintain cleanliness.

Roy Greening, general manager at The Mall, Luton said: “We’re thrilled to announce The Mall has been awarded the “We’re Good To Go” official rubber stamp, reassuring shoppers the centre adheres to Government and public health guidance around COVID-19.
"I’d like to thank everyone involved for their continued hard work to make sure The Mall remains safe to the public.”
The scheme has been developed in partnership with Visit England, Tourism Northern Ireland, VisitScotland and Visit Wales to ensure a standard-led approach across the UK with input from more than 40 industry bodies.

A traffic light system currently operates at The Mall, providing shoppers with a guide on how busy the centre is using footfall technology to manage capacity and instigate green, amber or red alerts.
The centre has also introduced a one-way system, installed sanitiser stations, implemented an enhanced deep cleaning regime throughout the centre and at key touchpoints, including toilets and baby chance facilities.
